T. O. is the strategic and creative lead for everything produced and published at 21Hundred. He works across our offerings, and with external collaborators and partners, to ensure consistency of messaging and voice and that publications are thoughtful, intentional and impactful in how they are created and shared. He served as Director of Publications at AFRE, a forerunner to 21Hundred.

T. O. founded and served as Coordinating Director of Collective Media, a multistakeholder cooperative that supports writers, protects their interests and nurtures their relationships with audiences. A former reporter and columnist, his editorial production experience spans international and public sector organisations, newspapers and magazines, and book publishing.

In his spare time, T. O. can be found reading, scoping out art exhibitions, or chasing the perfect forehand on a tennis court.
