Nolwazi is the operations lead for all programming at 21Hundred, bridging vision and execution by building the systems, structures and coordination needed to deliver mission-aligned programming. She served as Senior Programme Manager at AFRE, a forerunner to 21Hundred.

Previously, Nolwazi was the Project Manager at WomEng, where her work focused on creating a more diverse and inclusive engineering workforce. She has experience delivering Fellowship programmes across the African continent and abroad.

In her spare time, Nolwazi can be found listening to South African contemporary music, or getting lost in the pages of Pan-African stories on womanhood.
