Mopati Morake leads the design and delivery of 21Hundred’s flagship fellowship programme, working at the intersection of leadership development, experience design and community-building. He curates a fellowship that fosters growth, connection and collective action, aligned with the organisation’s mission and cultural identity.

Previously, Mopati served at African Leadership Academy, a leadership development institution, where he was an educator, instructional leader and Director of Teaching & Learning, advancing curriculum, pedagogy and a community of leadership learning.

In his spare time, Mopati spends time outdoors, immersed in music, or playing recreational sports.
