Lindiwe leads operational strategy and execution at 21Hundred, ensuring efficient systems, strong governance, and scalable processes that enable the organisation to deliver impact across programmes. She focuses on strengthening financial sustainability, compliance, and organisational performance to support long-term growth.

A seasoned finance and operations leader with many years’ experience across international NGOs and development programmes, Lindiwe has led large-scale operational transformations, strengthened governance frameworks, and improved financial and procurement systems across multiple countries. Her work has consistently enabled organisations to improve accountability, optimise resources and expand their impact in complex environments.

Outside of work, Lindiwe is passionate about community development, and gardening. She enjoys mentoring women, youth and emerging leaders, and spending time with her family and church community.
