Gary is the Fractional Chief Financial Officer at 21Hundred. He safeguards the 21Hundred’s financial health by ensuring robust controls, transparent reporting, and full compliance with regulatory and donor requirements. He also acts as a strategic partner to the CEO and trustees, turning financial insight into decisions that maximise impact and long‑term sustainability.

A seasoned fractional CFO, Gary provides finance leadership to SMEs and charities, including having served as Interim CFO for World Vision UK. He has built a portfolio practice through Buffalo Financial Management Ltd and the CFO Centre, delivering strategic planning, cash‑flow management, audit readiness and finance‑team strengthening. Alongside this, Gary has held a long‑standing governance role as a Trustee and committee chair at the Dean Close Foundation and teaches accounting at the University of Bath as a Teaching Fellow.

Outside of work, Gary is passionate about the outdoors and multi-day trekking, having recently completed a trek in Nepal to the Mardi Himel base camp in the Annapurna region of the Himalayas.
