Rashad Robinson is the Executive Director of Color Of Change, the nation’s largest online racial justice organization. Under Rashad’s leadership, Color of Change has developed an infrastructure of a strategic, powerful Black response to the needs and injustices of the Black community. Rashad has developed winning campaigns to change the rules in many fields: employment, the economy, voting, criminal justice, news and entertainment. He has appeared in hundreds of major and local media outlets, among them: in 2015, Fast Company named COC the 6th Most Innovative Company. Rashad formerly served as the Senior Director of Media Programs at GLAAD. He lives in NYC.
